how do I lessen the vinegar taste of my gazpacho? I added too much

More other stuff? Like adding too much salt/seasoning/spice/etc., the only way to "remove" flavor is to dilute it with something else. Especially something so distinct as vinegar, if you have more liquid, you can try to balance it out.
