Help! I don't have an appropriate thermometer! How long do I bake them for?

Can I freeze the dough? If so at what point in the process?

One of the recipe's commenters provided some timing feedback:

"I just finished my first batch and I think it took 10 minutes. That's with them fresh off the cast iron pan."
