Re Chèvre Devils How far ahead can I make? How long can they sit out on counter before serving?

I've made these several times, they're so good. And I have made them a day or two ahead, but I I refrigerated them because of the goat cheese. Don't put the nuts on them until you're ready to serve, though, or they will lose their crispness.

Keep the nuts in a tightly covered tin.
