Assembling Deviled Eggs Ahead

How far in advance of serving can I assemble deviled eggs? I'd like to complete them the night before a brunch.

You could boil the eggs and make the filling the night before. I wouldn't assemble them the night before, but store the filling in a plastic bag, so you can just nip off a corner and have an easier time filling the eggs in the morning.
