Hi Food 52ers, my husband brought home medium eggs instead of large. I'd like to, uh, get cracking (sorry!) on the dough asap - any thoughts on subbing med eggs for large in this recipe (which looks totally fabulous!) Thanks a million!!

Here you go. When I sub a medium egg for large in a baking situation, I go by weight.
very handy - and very precise. I'd found all sorts of conversion ideas on line but none by weight (should have looked at wikipedia) Thank you! Let the no-kneading begin!
