Alice Waters' Amaretti from Chez Panisse Fruit.

How much sugar is in the recipe? I can't read my scribble. Anyone have access to the recipe? Thanks!

A half cup powdered, which gets pulsed with the almonds, noyaux, and flour. Then one third cup granulated, which gets added later.
