how long for 2 and 1/2 meatloaf at 350?

i agree with using thermometer. but, it also depends on high thick it is.

My recipe for meatloaf yields about a 2-2.5 lb loaf and I bake at 375 for 1 hour.

I suspect their will lots of different answers, but I would cook at 350 for an hour and a half. Use a thermometer to determine if it's cooked through at the side, middle.
