I just opened a can of tomato paste and it sizzled then popped is it still good

You can return it to the store or..email or call the company and they will send you coupons for a replacement/s. My cans will do a little pop when the blade goes in, but never a sizzle.

That doesn't sound good to me. If you are asking the question, it's likely you already suspect the answer: Toss it.
