I am cooking a an 17 pound spatchcocked turkey. Does it make sense to cook my propane grill to leave space in oven for other items? If so, how?

Hi Kasia, it could be if you have someone to help you -- otherwise, you'll be running back and forth between grill and kitchen. What are the other items you're cooking? Would like to figure out if you could do it all in the oven and on your stovetop.
