I bought a 20.04 # turkey on Sat. 11-14-15 & put it in the refrig to thaw, it is thawed. Is it still safe to cook & eat for Thanksgiving?

Even by Amanda calculation, this has been thawed and uncooked for about 6 days.
I would be wary of using it for food safety reasons.

Smell it! If it smells fine, cook it well. If it smells rancid at all, don't eat it; in that case your best bet is to pick up a new one or just roast a chicken.
A 20-pounder would take about 4 to 5 days to thaw in the fridge (but maybe more or less—every fridge is different!), so it's been raw in the fridge for about that long. The smell-test is your best!
