What size and shape of pan are you using? That makes a difference. ;o)

Try 350 degrees! (according to our recipe: https://food52.com/recipes/9839-the-best-carrot-cake-ever)

You should start there, and check for doneness after about 35 minutes!

hi diane! i'd try 350° F, and start checking for doneness around 35 minutes. is there a specific recipe you're working with?
