Im making a carrot cake and the receiver will be home in an hour...the layers just got out of the oven... we won't have it until dessert tomorrow night &amp; I was planning to frost in the AM. After it cools to room temp, should I put it in the fridge until I frost? Do I put it in the fridge after frosting/before serving?? THANK YOU!!!!
