This recipe says it "serves four" ... any idea of how many oz. the total batch yields?

my estimates from reading the recipe:
the small servings of hot chocolate are between 2 and 3 oz (like several other French recipes, including one by Pierre Herme)
the long tall servings of cold hot chocolate are about 9 oz each
so, 8-12 oz hot total, or 36 oz cold total.

correction.
The milk was in both the hot and cold versions, so 36 oz total for both.

It's about 4 cups (48 ounces). And it's so good!

Oops, sorry about that math—4 cups is 32 ounces!
