can I use dark muscovado sugar for chocolate chip cookies?

You definitely can, but most recipes I've seen have you use Muscovado sugar with white or brown sugar. The ratios differ depending on the cookie recipe.

thanks, I will be combining with white sugar. Seems that Domino has changed their sugar recipe a bit, not as much molasses flavor
