I have a question about the recipe "Bert Greene's Potato Scallion Cakes (Fritterra)" from Genius Recipes. Can these potato cakes be made a day ahead and then reheated? If so, how do you recommend heating them? Thanks!

I've made them before and had leftovers. They really are much, much better right away - sort of leaden and sad, really, the next day. I wouldn't make them ahead of time on purpose.
I'm interested in hearing what others might say on this, however. ;o)
