Are you looking for ways to improve whatever recipes you have, or for a better way of executing them for a party situation? If so, please provide a link to the recipes in question or post them as a followup.
Also, whom are you serving? Is this a reception or a sit-down plated meal? How many guests? Six, ten, thirty, fifty? Preparing food for a large group takes some planning, prep work, and suitable equipment. Without providing any scope of the type and size of the group, it is nearly impossible to make any recommendations.
