I have a question about the recipe "Porchetta" from Sara Jenkins. isn't 4 TABLESPOONS of fennel pollen a bit much, or not?

How much meat (by weight) is in your recipe with 4 Tbsp fennel pollen...this version, also from Sara Jenkins, has 4 lb meat and 2 Tbsp fennel pollen. Have a look...
