I have made some christmas mince pie mix ready for christmas and i have forgotten to leave the egg out until i come to cook it. how long will it last

I would freeze the filling (in a lined pie pan) so that you can plop it into a crust when you are ready to bake the whole pie. Just shield the crust with foil and bake a little longer than usual.

great answer, nancy. I'm adventurous, and might venture a few days, refrigerated, but one really doesn't want to push the limits on raw egg-
too dangerous.
