I have a bunch of powdered eggs, can I cook sausage and mix it into the powdered eggs before I cook them?

Hi Stefan! I think after mixing the powdered eggs with water to reconstitute them, you should be able to use them like you would fresh eggs (including mixing in the sausage). I would love to hear if anyone in our community has any tips!

It worked mostly, the eggs were still a little watery. Had to throw the whole mixture into the oven for a few minutes to dry it up a bit.
