How long do I cook a boneless pork butt in oven at 275 degrees

How large is it? I usually follow the guideline outlined here: https://food52.com/recipes/39733-andy-ward-jenny-rosenstrach-s-pork-shoulder-ragu (It's 3 to 4 hours for a 2 1/2-pound piece of pork.)
