Dried Persimmon with Sesame Filling?

The sesame contest is ending today. I bet it would be neat if
someone experienced with driedpersimmons- would slit one and open it up and maybe pound it thinner, spread it with sweetened black sesame paste, rolled it up, cut it into spirals, and garnished it with some chopped walnuts!.
