Search 'vegan' cheesecake and you'll see many cheesecake inspired recipes that might meet your needs. Granted, they won't have cream cheese either, but might be worth considering for your particular request. I'll get you started...http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/03/06/vegan-cheesecake-shuddup-and-eat-it_n_6812052.html

I think I'd choose a different dessert.

Bummer. Martha Stewart has a no-bake cheesecake, http://www.marthastewart.com/858246/no-bake-cheesecake
Use full fat cream cheese, because the low fat will be too soft.

I have made this version also, with a different crust--I actually prefer eggless, no- bake cheese cakes to traditional ones.

Cream cheese, not sour cream, is the main ingredient for cheesecake. What's the big deal about sour cream?

Sure. Nigella's Nutella Cheesecake is one such example, https://food52.com/blog/15167-nigella-lawson-s-genius-no-bake-nutella-cheesecake
Search for recipes for no-bake cheesecake.
