Range/stove out with part on backorder maybe 2 weeks. Have crockpot/microwave. Recipes? Ideas? Already had BBQ pork and chicken tacos...

Looking for ideas on things to cook for all meals with crockpot or microwave as my range/stove is out for at least two weeks.

Epicurious just added a microwave cooking section, which included a technique for fish en papillote that looked intriguing and successful. I like to do butter chicken in my slow cooker.
