Could I marinade for two days??

I think your meat will turn to mush if you marinate it for two days.

This marinade has a lot of citrus juice. While I haven't made this specific recipe, my natural inclination would be to remove the pork from the marinade after 18-24 hours if I needed to stretch out the prep to two days.
