wrap small belgian endives with a slice of prosciutto. Roast on a cookie sheet at 450 till ham crispy and endive soft- about 20 min.

That sounds delicious! I wrap asparagus spears, Michael Chiarella's recipe, which is fabulous! Everyone loves them and they so easy to make.
