I have a question about the recipe "Pumpkin 'Brain' Chutney" from Panfusine. Do you think you could use the webbing from a spaghetti squash for this?

I think the webbing might not be quite as dense as in other types of winter squash, but I still think it would work! Let us know how it turns out for you!
