The apple one is fine to sit out on the counter. The pumpkin one - as they have custard - can't sit out for hours. Put it in the fridge (covered) but take it out in good time before eating. Even better than the fridge - and I imagine your fridge is pretty full - just put it in the coldest room in the house (we nearly all have one which is pretty cold!)

The apple is fine on the counter, but the FDA doesn't recommend leaving custard pies out for more than 2 hours, so to be safe that one should go in the fridge.

When are you eating? They can probably sit out on the counter!
