partially baked pie crust has brown edges but bottom does not seem cooked. For pecan pie

Hi Robin! Here are some wise words about par baking crusts https://food52.com/blog/10858-everything-you-need-to-know-about-par-baking . If you think the bottom needs just a little longer and are concerned about burning the edges, I'd suggest covering them with foil.
