Left pork in a bag of water to defrost in refrigerator and wound up leaving it in there for two days. Is it still good?

As long as the refrigerator temperature is 40F or colder it should be fine. The pork is in the bag, in the water, right?

Might be a llittle soggy, but should still be edible.
Definitely still fine, though try to cook it ASAP if possible, within a few days.
Let's settle this once and for all, shall we?
