My cuisinart food processor is well over 34 years old. My food bowel will not engage the motor any longer. Any idea where to find a replacement?

I trust you mean "food bowl"-you can almost always find stuff like that on ebay.

My DLC-7 is also at least that old. I have replaced the work bowl (and the lid several times. Cuisinart and Amazon have parts as do a number of other web outlets. Be sure to specify the exact model you're updating. Also, if it matters to you, they seem to make several different colors of plastic, clear and darker amber or grey colors...you may or may not be able to specify depending on your model. You can get replacement blades as well.

I just replaced my 20 year old machine. Get a new one. When you get a new one, you'll be amazed at how dull the old blade was in comparison.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest contacting Cuisinart directly to see if they can help! https://www.cuisinart.com/support/us/order_inquiry

It will probably cost you less to replace and upgrade the machine than locate a replacement bowl. Especially with after Christmas sales. The Cuisinarts now have features they lacked 35 years ago. The capacity runs between 4 cups and 13 cups with some new blades.
