A question about a recipe: Passatelli in Brodo

I have a question about the recipe "Passatelli in Brodo" from Emiko. If using bone marrow instead of butter, how much should I use, and should I cook or add it raw?

Hi, you just use it exactly as you would the butter -- same amount and just add it to the dough as you would the butter. It will cook in the broth.
