Any good steel cut oat breakfast bars or muffin recipes?

Want quick options for the kids and prefer to make than buy. Have tons steel cut oats to use up

Would cooking steel cut oats in the crockpot overnight work? Or are you looking for something they can grab and eat on their way out the door?

On way out door and as replacement for the processed breakfast and snack bars sold at the grocery

I used to make scones with steel cut oats (and the Scots do know their oats).
Can't find my old recipe, but a quick search shows many out there...food.com, Bob's red mill, etc.
