New Ice Cream Book--any chance there are vegan recipes? We can't have dairy at our house but thoroughly enjoy coconut milk and almond milk.

You might (if you don't know it) also check out a book called "Dairy Free Ice Cream" by Kelly Brozyna- a non dairy friend swears by it.

Hi Margaret, there sure are! We wanted to make sure the book appealed to all sorts of ice cream lovers: those who can't have dairy, those who don't have an ice cream maker, and so on.
