The American Heart Association recommends eating fatty fish, such as salmon, twice weekly to promote heart health: http://www.americanheart.... Among its benefits are contributing to lowered blood pressure, although the main benefit is reducing artery-clogging plaque. More info on fish and heart health: http://www.mayoclinic.com....
