I have a question about the recipe "Sherried Mushroom Clafoutis" from drbabs. What size pan do I cook this in or should I cook it in my cast iron?

I use a 12" skillet. I think cast iron would be fine, but I don't have a cast iron pan.
Simpler is better (especially when you're sweaty).
