Can I make persian crispy rice (tahdig) with arborio rice?

Haha, I have a craving and that's all I have around!

Hi Lauren. Sure you can. Needless to say the overall texture of the finished rice, and even the flavour may not be the same, but you will still be able to get the tahdig layer.
