I am serving a pesto ricotta quiche for brunch. What would pair well with it?

Tomato is always a great compliment to pesto. Since it's not that season yet, I've had great success withsalads composed with sweet grape tomatoes.

I'm serving a Torta Pasqua (similar ingredients) as a vegetarian main for Easter, and was going to roast some asparagus to go along. A guest is also bringing a salad of mixed baby greens with a vinaigrette dressing.
I suggest a green veg or salad with a bit of sour or bitter notes to complement the richness of the quiche. If that's too much green for you, roast some rainbow carrots and/or fennel seasoned with Ras al-Hanout or Herbes de Provence. For a cold side, thinly sliced radishes (striped or watermelon would be especially pretty), sprinkled with flaked salt and freshly minced chives would also work.
