I'm trying to make a chocolate spread for crepes from just the things in my kitchen, help!

I've got milk, eggs, butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, baking cocoa, water of course. How can I make a chocolate spread with these ingredients?

for ganache without cream: https://www.itsyummi.com... (Do you have a food processor? Maybe you can process the granulated sugar and make chocolate frosting? (cream butter and sugar, add cocoa)

I have not made this recipe but...An ermine frosting aka boiled milk frosting aka magic frosting is delicious. I think the chocolate frosting was also be delicious as the original. Use this for your crepes. I've used the boiled milk frosting for whoopie pies (oh yeah!).
