Your 1 cup (which was 5 cups) is the same as 16 Tablespoons or about 240 ml. All you need to do is divide each of your other measurements by 5, which gets you the 3 cup --> 9.6 T or 144 ml and 1 C --> 3.2 T or 48 ml.
