Can anyone recommend which collections of the old Jacques Pepin and/or Julia Child PBS shows to order on DVD?

Or is there a place to stream them online? I've found so many different shows and specials, or even special collections that I don't know where to start.

Partly depends on what you plan to use them for.
If learning or perfecting your cooking techniques, I would choose by topic...what you plan to concentrate on ...and maybe get a companion set of cookbook and DVD.
