8 x 12 baking pan

I've just gotten a great new cookbook, but a lot of the recipes use an 8 x 12 baking pan. Since I plan on making a lot of these recipes, I want to use the right pan, but I'm having trouble locating one. Any recommendations?

It's Have Your Cake and Eat it Too. There are a lot of bar and oat traybakes that I plan on making for my kiddos this school year.

Today's cookbooks often have an appendix listing sources of where to get ingredients, equipment, etc. I'd check the back of the book to see if the author gave any specific recommendations on where to buy equipment.
