Favorite Ethiopian dishes?

My cookbook club is making Ethiopian food this weekend. We already have someone bringing Doro Wat, someone is bringing Tikil Gomen (cabbage, carrots, potatoes), and Yemiser Wat (spicy lentil stew). I am tackling injera, but I'd like to make something else as well. The cookbook we are using has so many recipes and I just don't know where to begin! I have only had Ethiopian food in restaurants a few times and I don't recall the names of dishes I really liked.
Our group includes vegetarians, so I'd prefer a vegetarian dish. Anyone have favorites that you could recommend and I will try to find a recipe? Or some essential component to an Ethiopian meal that we are missing?

I was privileged to have spent time in Ethiopia and love the cuisine. Here is a spread http://marcussamuelsson.com/recipe/ethiopian-shiro-spread-recipe
Another dish I adore is Ethiopian Collard Greens aka Ye’abasha Gomen- Braised collard greens and kale seasoned with aromatics This recipe is at https://www.africanbites.com/ethiopian-collard-greens/ Of course you know about the spice berbere I am lucky to live in an area with a large Ethiopian population, so can purchase it. This recipe for home made is excellent. https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/ethiopian-spice-mix-berbere-104015 Ethiopian cuisine is simple with unique spices. Good luck with the injera - in Ethiopia it is cooked on large surfaces over wood fire.
Please share what you all end up eating.
