I am in the middle of making a red curry lentil and kambucha squash recipe -- a new thing for me. I purchased a little jar of Simply Asia, Thai Kitchen brand red curry paste. It had a plastic seal around the lid BUT the little jar is not vacuum sealed. Should it be?
