Hi - I pureed some leftover beef stew for my baby, but she has a tummy bug so no solids for her. Its pretty unappetizing in its current state - any ideas for how to use it up?

Nancy is a trusted home cook.
Use it to flavor some soup or sauce where you would normally put some meat in....tomato sauce, minestrone, or the like.
Or even use it in something with eggs...frittata, souffle, etc.
The presence of strong color (tomato sauce) or many other ingredients (soup or stew) will cover the unappetizing appearance.
Freeze it in baby-sized portions that you can use later.
We can all be a little braver in the kitchen.
