instructions are to combine lemon and onion cut in half in 1 cup of water to microwave for 5 minutes, then add steeped aromatics to turkeys cavity. do I add all the liquid or just the lemon and onion?

I would just add the onion and lemon to the cavity, but it wouldn't hurt to brush on some of the aronatic water on the inside of the cavity, if you'd like to still use it.
