I made the Arnold Palmer cookies from marbled swirled and layered this summer. I want to change the tea to chai(easy enough ) and I'd like to change thr lemon to chocolate. Obviously I leave out any lemon flavorings. Can I swap some of the flour with cocoa powder? If so, how much...like 1/4 cuo?
