I purchased raw shrimp for a cassarole that requiers cooked shrimp. Can I still use this shrimp and incres baking time? If so for how long?

I might pre-cook the shrimp - they can give off a lot of water, which would seep into your casserole.

Shrimp cook very quickly so I imagine you certainly could, and really only increase by a couple of minutes.
