I don't think thats something I'd want to experiment with using an expensive cut of meat. But, you can search the internet and let us know how it turns out. I would think th owners manual would have some ideas.

I agree with MMH. Let me add that air fryers are designed for small batch stuff like French fries. I can't imagine getting good results with a cut like a rib roast.
