I have a question about the recipe "Easy, Homemade Tamales" from fraîchement. How much chili sauce should i use?? Its not listed in the ingredients!

The way I read recipe the chili sauce she is referring to is the sauce created from the chili pods you have cooked down with the stock, pureed and added olive oil to as described in step 2.
