Anyone had any luck repairing the enamel of a cast iron dutch oven?

Found a beautiful vintage enamel dutch oven & want to repair the small holes in the enamel at the bottom (inside) of the pan. Did some research and seems really hard to find a food safe, high temp enamel repair kit. Any ideas?
